Israel as Permanent Observer by the UN Security Council

Israel must be rewarded for its commitment to regional development and security, and must be protected from the hysterical hatred and the destructionist intentions of millions of proximate people. A position of Permanent Observer by the UN SC will be instrumental in promoting regional security, and in fighting against Islamic Terrorism.
Israel as Permanent Observer by the UN Security Council
UN Reform as Fight against Terrorism. Part VI
Israel as Permanent Observer by the Security Council

By Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis

In a series of five previous articles, we advocated the extension of the UN veto right (Security Council permanent membership) to India, Japan, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey and South Africa, arguing that the international body should be – again – viewed as a Global Treffpunkt of Peoples. To make sure that China’s UN SC Veto Right does not work to the prejudice of 50 million of Turkic Muslim people in Eastern Turkestan, or 5 million of Tibetan Buddhist people in Tibet, we came up suggesting that a Tribune of the Oppressed Peoples (TOP) should be established and given UN SC Permanent Observer membership.

We have reason to believe that a perfectly representative UN SC matches with the effort to bring forth the Concept that the UN is practically speaking a Union of Peoples, be they liberated and aggregated in states or oppressed and tyrannized in states that are foreigner to them. And as such the UN must function, urgently pressurizing every tyrannical state to total collapse.

A Nightmarish Environment throughout the Middle East

However, our global world does not face a real threat only from the persistent, apparently lethargic but truly very energetic, tyrannies; the linkage, be it ostensible or not, of these dysfunctional and criminal tyrannies with the Islamic Terrorism is an even more serious factor in today’s global politics.

Many may disagree with the specification of the Terrorism as ‘Islamic’, and it is true that there are non-Muslim terrorists active in various parts of the world. However, the major part of the global terrorism is surely performed by Muslims. Without disregarding the existence of non-Muslim terrorism, we find necessary to focalize on what represents 95% - if not 99% - of the world’s terrorist acts in our times.

Again, several hypocritical politicians and all the Middle Eastern tyrants may disagree with this approach, and come up with a strong argumentation, suggesting that those we accuse as Muslim terrorists simply are not …. real Muslims. This is a non-functional truth that we cannot afford to accept anymore because behind this outwardly innocent assertion is hidden the most perverse machination of the World History.

None among the Islamologists of the West, and none among the erudite intellectuals (if any) of the Islamic World stressed the focal point that, according to the real, historical, criteria of the Classical Islamic Civilization, Mullah Umar, Ossama Bin Laden, Yasser Arafat, and Saddam Hussein are Satanic, deviate, inhuman, criminal beings.

Literarily speaking, if Ibn Rushd, Mohyieldin Ibn al Arabi, Ibn Sina, Tabari, Ferdowsi, Nizami, Ulugh Beg, Shahrastani, Ibn Bibi, and so many illustrious names of the unequalled Islamic Past had been alive, they would have joined the voices of American and Israelis condemning and denouncing, rejecting and repudiating the aforementioned criminals, and their likes.

They would have done the same with regard to the criminal Saudi family, and all the dictators of the modern so-called Islamic World, as well as for thousands of supposedly moderate ‘sheikhs’, ‘imams’, and other bogus-religious leaders, who may take peaceful appearance and diffuse appeasing speeches (khutbas) at times but they work in the true and real, extremely dangerous for the entire Civilization, purpose of radicalizing minds and spirits, of perverting beliefs, and of delimitating their followers into a miserable life without progress, and in a sick mental deductionism the result of which is the brain of the Taliban, of the Palestinian suicide bombers, and of numerous dozens of millions of poor victims among the average population of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Sudan, Pakistan, Jordan, and of other, gravely ill, anachronistic, and dysmorphic states.

They are all false Muslims, and their number is legions. This is the reason we find that the term ‘Islamic Terrorism’ is proper for all Muslim people involved in acts and thoughts of hatred and bad intention, whatever the purpose and the pretext may supposedly be. Certainly, these false Muslims do not represent the majority of the present day presumed followers of the Prophet Muhammad. However, the number of the radicalized, fanatic, hidden soldiers of Hatred is truly great and very dangerous.

Properly manipulated by France, the country that contributed as none other to the overall worsening of the Islamic World over the past 207 years, these false Muslims can gain momentum, and easily reach majority within Islam.

Already a very dangerous situation is there, but the international community does not know its real dimensions, and the ominous future they are heralding. This danger has to do with the environment in which the truly existing moderate majority of Muslims cannot speak freely, cannot publicize their moderate opinion (let alone make it prevail), cannot participate in any social, educational, economic and political development in which to promote their approach (and to refute properly the tyrannically imposed choice of the false friends of the West, who – truly speaking - coordinate their real targets with the extremist sheikhs and the terrorist groups of Ossama Bin Laden and others).

Islamic Terrorism: a typically French Machination

The atrocious, bogus – Islamic, reality of today is the result of the French diplomatic - and supposedly ‘academic’ - infiltration in Islam that not a single Muslim was able to detect and/or imagine, and only extremely few in America arrive up to the point of discovering.

Why there cannot be a Palestinian to publish a magazine in order to diffuse his rejection of the OLP, Hamas, and all the other terrorist groups?

Why there cannot be a Syrian intellectual to give a speech of admiration for Israel and to publish a denunciation of the paranoid Assad anti-Semitic policies?

Why there cannot be an Egyptian businessman to denounce the idiotic and devastating policies of Mubarak and his pathetic prime ministers, who condemned that country to economic underdevelopment by preserving an asphyxiating state control over the economy, whereas the proper measure would be to fire immediately at least 25% of the public sector’s employees as totally disqualified?

Who believes that average people cannot think correctly and judge properly? Certainly they do so; what is not understood in the West, Europe or America, is that simply the average Muslim people are not allowed to challenge the officially imposed perverted and criminal dogmas. This creates a perverted and very confusing image of the Middle East, and the real profit of this is taken by France in its effort to generate Anti-Americanism, and to further engulf the local masses in permanent illiteracy, idiocy and underdevelopment.

Except for a few hundreds of thousands of accomplices of the murderous, bogus-Muslim, president al Bashir of Sudan, who is the average Sudanese citizen, who could not understand that Sudan’s best interest over the past two decades was to close the border with Egypt, to enter into diplomatic relations with Israel, to set up a strategic alliance with Israel, Turkey, South Africa, and the USA, and to demand these countries advice in terms of technology, democracy, economy and multiculturalism?

Certainly there are millions of Sudanese citizens who believe that their country is no 1 rival of Egypt, a country that tries to patronize its southern neighbor. Most of the Sudanese citizens believe that Sudan needs Nile water more urgently than Egypt does, but their belief and conviction gets strangled by the criminal attitude of the dictatorial al Bashir administration. All the Sudanese know very well that the Nubian lake behind the Aswan High Dam makes North-eastern Africans waste valuable resources and at the same time creates a real danger of tsunami that can erase Egypt from the map. They also believe that at least two – smaller – dams are urgently needed in Northern Sudan. Their beliefs and convictions would change the face of the Middle East, if these average Sudanese citizens were given the chance to form the next government in Sudan. These are the basics that the American administration has disregarded until now, and yet they would help the US reshape properly the entire area: speak to, contact and work with the average people, after deleting the ideological arsenal of the existing tyrannical and dysfunctional Middle Eastern administrations. The existing ideological and diplomatic options of the current establishments must be considered as non-existent.

Then, we must put ourselves in front of the key question:

Why the average Sudanese citizens cannot publish their opinion, and later on make it prevail?

The question is valid for numerous other countries of course. Quite contrarily to what may be the average understanding of the situation in the West, the lack of freedom and the oppression are due to a totally unstudied phenomenon: a multi-leveled tyranny that reigns throughout Sudan and the Middle East. The oppression is not simply that exercised by just a military junta, as in Mexico, Portugal and Turkey in the past.

At an upper and hidden level, terrorist sheikhs impose first a destructive alliance on the Sudanese government, and their plans are not known either to the Egyptian president or to his Sudanese counterpart. Then, it goes to the lower level, namely the oppression exercised by the military rulers over the people.

At the end, at an even higher and absolutely concealed level, behind these sheikhs is extended the French machination of which they – victims in their turn – are totally unaware: more than two centuries of manipulations and maneuvered radicalization of which these sheikhs are the first victims.

US Unilateralism: another French Machination

How America can advance within such an environment, and diffuse Progress, Democracy, Human Rights and Multiculturalism? We have reason to believe that unilateralism is another trap set up by the French, who aim precisely at defaming the only country that can damage the colonial structures France wants to preserve, the only country that can diffuse a progressive ideology diametrically opposed to the French barbarism of ‘bon pour l’ Orient’ ideas, concepts, and situations.

The French want America to view everything as a matter of military action, because this would push masses to further anti-Americanism and extreme radicalization. France is not afraid of this situation, since recourses have been adequately prepared that may be very astonishing for average readership.

What truly is the fear of the French is an American ideological, cultural, educational campaign that would show the criminality of the local puppets of France, their impasse, and their disastrous work, making therefore publicly ostentatious the vicinity between French Colonialism, Arabic Nationalism, and Islamic Terrorism.

Working along with other civilized nations that truly perceive the aforementioned ominous systems as threats, the USA must situate the epicenter of its policies within the UN and the UNESCO. Unveiling the French perfidy against Italy is one point. Supporting Mexico, an already close ally, for equal treatment with Brazil, as far as UN SC permanent membership is concerned, may well be another way.

Another method for America is to undo the vicious French plan to empower Egypt with a UN Veto right, and then push that country - through international machinations – to a bogus-Islamic theocracy, which by itself would prove the French guilty in promoting Islamic Terrorism.

Turkey is the suitable, civilized country to represent Islam in the UN, not the uncivilized, besotted and demented sheikhs of Egypt for whom
a) privacy does not exist, and
b) a married woman and/or a homosexual – if caught in flagrante delicto - must be killed without a single trial.

On the other hand, America must support South Africa as the correct representative of Africa, instead of the Egyptian poverty and the Nigerian starvation.

Any policy that jeopardizes the interests of the totalitarian regimes of the fake friends of America is good. If a Tribune of Oppressed Peoples (TOP) is institutionalized within the UN SC, it will not be America but the UN SC TOP representative of the discriminated Berbers of Algeria, who will give the proper answer and the correct lesson to the French diplomatic charlatan and to his uncivilized and dictatorial Algerian puppet.

What else is to be done? More focus on the practice of ‘Islam’ is needed in order to answer this question.

The Real Islam that has ended as system, and the false Islam as practiced now by the terrorist sheikhs and the terrorism sponsoring states.

In order to reach final success in our fight against Islamic Terrorism, while situating our policy within the UN, it will be essential to act in a radically different way than past practices.

In this regard, it is essential that any obscurantist and backward society, government and/or state that tries to label itself as Muslim in order to survive, mostly calculating that the United States and the West will rather avoid a frontal fight with Islam, understands that the trick does not work any more.

A clarification of several key points about Islam will be essential for the West, and in this regard civilized and cultured Muslim intellectuals living in the West and Western Islamologists, who rejected the biased French Orientalism and Islamology, have a lot of work to do together in diffusing throughout the world – and more particularly among Muslims – points like the following:

a. Islam does not prohibit alcohol; it rather suggests that drunkenness is unhealthy.

b. Islam does not impose but rather suggests a prayer 5 times per day as a communication means with God, if a person feels the need, and if a person does not communicate with God through other ways, meditation, philosophy, humanism, love, esthetics, etc.

c. Islam does not impose total restriction of premarital sexual intercourse; all Islamic prescriptions in this regard have to do with an effort to eliminate prostitution among Arabs 1400 years ago. These measures are not valid any more. A man and a girl can perfectly well enjoy personal and sexual relationship as much as they want; simply this has to be recorded. It was an early form of Civil Marriage.

d. Islam does not impose veil on women, it simply advises against public nudism, and proposes an aura of dignity among women, which was missing in uncivilized, uncultured, illiterate and uneducated, barbaric Hedjaz (Arabia) of the times of the Prophet.

e. Islam does not impose Friday as non-working day; it rather suggests the remembrance of God through a public prayer on that day.

f. Islam rejects any consideration of women as inferior to men.

g. Supreme Value in Islam is given to the Truth; there is nothing superior to Truth, and the name itself of Truth in Arabic (al Haq) signifies God. Through this, it is already understood that what matters is the Principle, not the ephemeral interest of a circumstance. If a behavioral system is not based on principles, then it leads people to straight un-Islamic character.

h. Islam does not impose the stupid waste of money to erect mosque buildings higher than nearby churches. It rejects the principle of such an idiotic behavior.

i. Islam has no clergy; the existence of the hundreds of thousands of the professional sheikhs is the ultimate proof of the Christianization of Islam. Any person can lead the prayers of the Muslims gathered in a mosque at a prayer time, and then he is called ‘sheikh’; that is all that is permitted in Islam. All the sheikhs and the religious schools throughout 'Islam’ must get eliminated.

j. Any Admonition (Friday speech – Khutbah) is to be given by an erudite intellectual, not a ‘professional’ ‘sheikh’, since the very existence of such a position is strictly prohibited in Islam. Furthermore, a point to be noticed and dealt with is the fact that the so-called ‘professional’ ‘sheikhs’, fabricated by terrorist pseudo-universities, are not real, proper, international standards intellectuals, academics, and/or erudite philosophers, and to this testifies perfectly well their miserable curriculum, as well as the deplorable and trivial syllabuses of Al Azhar (that has nothing in common with the great philosophical center it was 800 years ago, except that it bears the same name) and similar gangrenous bogus-academic institutions.

The list can be long, and impressive indeed, but this is not the subject of the present article. The reason that all the aforementioned ten (10) points look odd to the average Western reader, who is rather familiar with a different idea about Islam, is that first a totally false and counterfeit ‘Islam’ has gradually prevailed, and contributed to the elimination of critical spirit among the Muslims, bestializing therefore a great number of populations and masses. Then comes the functionality of the tyrannical colonial regimes that oppressed the average Muslim public opinion, and attempted to prevent and stop any contact between the average Muslim public opinion and the West.

In our world, analphabetism is not a consequence of this false Islam; it is rather a prerequisite, and this is the reason the criminal bogus-sheikhs do not care about educational and cultural improvement of their illiterate followers (actually if this was to be materialized, they would lose all the ‘spiritual’ influence and the social – political control they exercise). However, this too is not the main subject of the present article.

Neither can we analyze here the perverse work of the French, who met a degraded situation in the Middle East two centuries ago, and they intentionally worsened it by means of Arabic nationalism, Islamic extremism, and anti-American fanaticism. We only analyze issues related to what America and other progressive forces must take into consideration.

Castigation of Hatred, and Rejection of Falsehood.

Certainly America has to react in a multifaceted way against this misbegotten situation, but this should rather be considered after the proper accomplishment of the UN Reform. Selecting Turkey as representative of the Islamic world by the UN SC, and empowering the only Muslim country that utterly rejected this false Islam with a Veto Right may not be enough in this regard. A more radical measure is needed, and philosophical principles must be taken into consideration in this regard.

The UN faced a great part of trouble because of the negative reaction of several totalitarian regimes against the state of Israel. This state was not the only envisaged by the UN Palestine partition plan 1947. The UN suggested the creation of a Palestinian state as well. But the Palestinians were driven by the same false sheikhs – whose existence (not only role) is prohibited in Islam – to a total and apparently demented rejection of the UN plan. The same sheikhs mobilized four trivial pseudo-kings against Israel, and the newly born state had to fight hard for survival in 1948, facing not discordance within a dialogue milieu but blinded rejection oscillating between antihuman hysteria and absolute hatred. It was only normal for many wars to follow ever since, in 1956, in 1967, and in 1973.

For 57 years, the World did not attest a single, real, Palestinian self-criticism or a self-questioning attitude. The same abnegation was rekindled by the same bogus sheikhs times and again, involving an absolute lack of understanding History, of evaluating mistakes, of reconsidering options. It is wrong to hold politicians and statesmen responsible for this, since the same Satanic sheikhs were always hidden behind the events and the troubles.

If they came to surface recently, this is due to their erratic expectations of the End of Time (al Yom al Ahar) and of the Mahdi (the Islamic version of Messiah) and Jesus (as Prophet of Islam) to come to fight – as these misinterpreting sheikhs stupidly believe – against … the ‘Zionist enemy’ in the same way Salahaddin al Ayubi (Saladin) fought against the Crusaders long ago!

These Satanic sheikhs expect and prepare events, being struck by a definitely perverse and anti-Islamic epilepsy that it would be ridiculous for any serious and civilized person allover the world not to take into consideration. Behind the scenes, these sheikhs coordinated all acts of all governments and presidents and/or kings they could influence. Few Muslim countries escaped from their nefarious influence. Even fewer establishments escaped among the Arabic speaking countries.

We truly believe that the world cannot advance without bringing all these paranoids back to reality or far to total extinction. The Law of Consequence abides everywhere, among Muslims, Buddhists, Jews and Christians. It is therefore high time for the Civilized Mankind to castigate this negative attitude and to prove to everybody that absolute negativism signifies only self-devastation. A major act must take place at the international level to make clear to all parts that you always pay for what you do. Jerusalem is lost for the Palestinians because they opted for war and Death cult (suicide bombing), not dialogue and negotiation.

In the same way Weimar Germany conceded eastern territories and a coastal land strip to Poland, as well as Alsace and Lorraine to France, Palestinians will have to accept that they lost many wars and every time they did so under always worse circumstances. It must become crystal clear to them that the reason of their failure is just in them, and further we go backwards more Palestinian mistakes we attest in various moments of the 20th century History.

A simple historical truth must ultimately be understood, and an equation must be made: if the Palestinians did not desert the Ottoman army in 1916 – 1917, the Year of the Locusts, the British Army would not have entered Jerusalem, heralding all the later events. In the light of this Truth, Palestinians must realize that further negation in the future will lead them to greater loss.

Similar historical realities concern several pseudo-Arabic tyrannies in Africa and Asia.

Israel as Permanent Observer by the UN Security Council

Throughout its 60-year existence, the UN became repeatedly the tribune of unfair treatment of a small state belonging to a mistreated for two millennia people. When it comes either to Israelis and Palestinians, or to Zionist funds and the Saudi and Gulf Oil capital, the international community should first pay attention at the work done on the terrain. This is the only correct way of proper measurement and evaluation. There were two peoples on one soil, so we have to question:
- What were the works of the first, and what were the deeds of the second?
- How functioned the financial aid that came from outside in either cases?

In the same way we suggested South Africa for permanent UN SC membership, as a reward of the institutionalization of 11 official languages, we recommend that the UN SC evaluates in an unbiased way the real work done on the ground, in Israel and Palestine over the past 57 years.

Israel worked hard to set up structures that were missing. The famous kibbutzim were just one way; it involved hard, methodic work, excellent coordination, and sleepless effort. Then, help came in the form of Zionist fund, American help, and Jewish repatriation (Aliya). Soon, the country rose to a significant level in terms of education, economy, culture, science, and art.

The Palestinians did not return, they left; they abandoned the land of their forefathers, besotted by the promises of hideous, vulgar and barbaric pseudo-kings. They could have all remained there, as so many did within the Israeli territory. Even today, the Israeli Palestinians (improperly called Israeli Arabs) are the object of insults and contempt from all the fanaticized, radical, and extremist Arabic-speaking people throughout the totalitarian countries of the area (they call them ’48 Arabs'!). Those who left settled in various other countries, some were successful in their businesses, but none was allowed to express basic points of self-criticism. Those who remained in Palestine and Gaza had all the opportunity to delve into sciences, letters, arts and prosperity. From 1948 until 1967, a 20-year period, they were independent, they did not create anything but trouble against Israel, allowing neighboring barbaric nationalist ‘presidents’ to make of them the tools of anti-Israeli, anti-Jewish and anti-Semitic policies. It must become clear that to demand one’s land and to be racist are two different things. ‘Nuance’ was never the strong point of the raw material of Palestine…

The correct interest of the Palestinians from 1948 until 1967 – to limit our approach to the earlier stages of a continuous deterioration process – should rather have been an alliance with Israel that could result in substantial help for economic, educational, social, cultural, and political development. They should have shut their door to the ominous face of the neighboring tyrannies, namely Syria, Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Because they did not do so, they lost totally their independence in the 1967 – just and fair – disaster.

Today, one cannot compare the infrastructure of an Israeli public primary school at Tiberias and that of a respective Palestinian school at Naplous. The reason is the long series of wrong choices for the Palestinians. Similarly in all aspects of social life, from education to health, from sport to industry, from services to agriculture, there cannot be any comparison between Israel and Palestine.

One may argue that the Zionist help was tremendous in the case of Israel. But then, where are the Oil riches and the so-called Arab solidarity? Either we have to do with an authentic abandonment of the Palestinians or with a deplorable misuse of aid or with both! In any case, it was a miserable failure.

During that long period, Israel had to boost development and to fight hard against neighbors, against terrorists, and against the Hatred diffused against Israelis and Jews by the earlier hidden and now ostensible bogus-sheikhs. Israel had to fight hard at the level of diplomacy, and global recognition did not come easily! Today, Israel proved to be – financially speaking – a European level country, and at the same time a militarily powerful state, a global leader in technology, and a highly elaborate academia.

With GDP around US $ 121 b (one fourth of Turkey's GDP - with a population that does not exceed 8% of Turkey's) and per capita GDP US $ 19800, Israel (6.1 million people) has mobile telephony penetration higher than 100%, and Internet users outnumbering those of Greece (10.5 million people). Israel exports almost five times as much as Greece, more than three times as much as Egypt (75 million people), and as much as Iran (70 million people). With forex and gold reserves accounting for US $ 26 billion, Israel outperforms Iran (US $ 25 b), Saudi Arabia (US $ 23 b), Greece (US $ 5.8 b), and Egypt (US $ 14.2 b), being throughout the entire Middle East second only to Turkey (US $ 36 b).

On the other hand, if we speak of Palestinian economy, we risk to interfere with the numerous bank accounts of the late terrorist leader, who felt comfortable when accumulating on his personal accounts money donated for the people he was supposed to serve! Edouard Said spoke very early against Y. Arafat but there were no structures to permit the great and noble Palestinian intellectual to present his ideas and analyses to fora and debates in Palestine. If he had done so, his assassination would have been a matter of minutes for the criminal gangsters of the unethically venerated by Europeans defunct terrorist.

The recent elections among the Palestinians may be a starting point in the correct direction, but this has nothing to do with the extremely fanatic positions taken by people and/or administrations in Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, Libya and other dysfunctional entities of the Middle Eastern puzzle.

To all these ominous sheikhs a severe message must be sent through the promotion of Israel as a Permanent Observer by the UN SC. As a result, it will be made clear to all of them that the international community supports and promotes the good deeds, the positive attitude, the creative character, the constructive behavior, the innovative approach, the desire for progress, the commitment to education, and the search for unbiased knowledge.

This measure will be the beginning of the reconsideration of the numerous anti-Israeli votes of the General Assembly that has long been the victim of Soviet, Third World, Pan-‘Arabic’, and French policies and machinations. It will bear witness to a strong commitment to the real nature of the UN supreme instance that evolves around Security. If Global Security is still a matter of concern for the UN Security Council, the tiny Israel must be rewarded for its progressive commitment to regional development and security, and must be protected from the hysterical hatred and the destructionist intentions of millions of proximate people from Morocco to Pakistan. Furthermore, the hereby recommended measure indicates the way to progress and development for the surrounding underdeveloped countries, and sends an alarming warning to France that the dead end of the colonial era has come.
