What do you think will happen to Egypt-Israel relations after the revolution in Egypt

Do you think the 1979 peace agreement will hold? Will Egypt open it's borders to the Palestinians?

Egypt will keep the peace agreement as usual, unless Israel think about something else. Egypt will not open the borders for Palestinians more then the normal, they can pass officially the peaceful passing for travelling abroad, education, medical treatment and religious travelling or tourism. Egypt is civilised and will try to treat everybody in a good way, but all neighbours should also help Egypt to keep it that way and not to provoke Egyptians.

  • I don't think the treaty would be affected.
But I hope Egypt will stop shipping to Israel oil and I hope they will open the border with Gaza.

Why should things change, the Egyptian people are strong and will not allow anybody but themselves to control THEIR country.
