Pomegranite, pomagranate or pomegranate which way is it spelled? Having checked the internet it seems to be the latter but there is various resources and books online that use all three of the spellings. Having checked the dictionary the later also seems to be correct but obviously most people are spelling the word the way it sounds. This throws up some differences but we won't worry about the spelling and just concentrate on the fruit.
